Winter Jerkbait Fishing for Cold Water Bass

Winter Jerkbait fishing for cold water Bass can be fun. Water temps here in Florida have finally started cooling down. The fish are active, and they’re all about a jerkbait. In this video, we’re at Lake Toho using a 13 Fishing Loco Special 110 Jerkbait around offshore weed beds. However, the Bass aren’t in the grass. They’re roaming around in 5′ – 7′ of water over open sand bottom. Twitch, twitch, pause is the action they seem to want. Nearly every fish we caught that day hit our jerkbaits on the pause.
